Screening Louvres
Levolux Screening Louvres are an aesthetic and robust means of providing visual screening of unsightly roof top plant areas.
Based on the highly efficient Levolux Matrix XL, the system comprises louvres, pitched at 140mm, which are inverted to screen roof top plant from view at ground level.
Features and Benefits of Levolux Screening Louvres
- Aesthetically pleasing – Levolux Screening Louvres are manufactured from extruded aluminium components and can be anodised or polyester powder coated to co-ordinate with the building and surroundings. Louvres are mounted on concealed mullions for continuous appearance. Viewed from ground level, unsightly HVAC and other plant are hidden.
- Virtually maintenance free - Stainless steel fastenings and fixings are used, producing a virtually maintenance free and corrosion-resistant system.
- Flexibility – Levolux Screening Louvres can be fitted to existing and new buildings, and special applications to be considered.
- Versatility – Louvres can be installed angled upwards or downwards depending on the direction of view. Banks and panels can be constructed to any practicable size or shape.
- Accessories – A wide variety of edge trims and flashings are available to complement the installation, and mitred corners are available where required.
Levolux Screening Louvres Options
- Standard - ‘Z’ louvres are usually fitted to the support arms in a continuous design (6m maximum louvre length). Support arms are set at a maximum of 1.50m centres, allowing most designs to be accommodated.
- Structural - When there is a need to span greater than 150m between support arms the structural XL blade system can be used, accommodating up to 2m width.
- Bespoke Solutions - Our auto-cad trained product designers and structural engineers are able to develop special solutions. If your ‘dream designs’ are to become reality we can do it for you. By mixing the benefits of extruded aluminium components and the structural integrity of steel, we can achieve 7.2m fixing centres.
