SALES SECRETARY

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Sales Secretary to join our fantastic sales team.
A lynchpin role in this department the Sales Secretary provides total sales and administrative support to the Harrow Office. This involves everything from typing quotes and letters, speaking to clients, providing a point of contact for the department and all general administration.
If you have Audio Typing (50 wpm minimum), strong knowledge of Word and Excel, excellent communication and organisational skills and lots of energy and enthusiasm we would love to hear from you.

PROJECT DESIGNER – SOLAR SHADING
Salary: Competitive - negotiable on experience
Location: North West London

Due to organic growth we currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Designer to join our Harrow based design team.
The Project Design team are responsible for producing architectural, mechanical and component drawings in compliance with estimate for approval and construction and our Designers have responsibility for working on several projects at any one time.
If you have a general understanding of mechanical systems and/or a relevant engineering qualification, strong IT skills including AutoCAD 2004, attention to detail when working at speed and good communication skills we would like to hear from you. Knowledge of Inventor would also be beneficial.

PROJECT MANAGER – SOLAR SHADING
Salary: Negotiable on experience
Location: North West London

Due to continued growth and development we now have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our well established team.
The Project Manager is the principle contact with the client on allocated projects and is responsible for managing the project sales handover to final client sign off, ensuring that it is in accordance with the agreed programme and that the installation costs are within the estimate. The role involves overseeing the running of our blue chip projects in and around the South East.
If you have 5 years experience in the construction industry, a stable employment history and are used to working on 20-30 projects at any one time we would like to hear from you. A qualification in Building Construction or Engineering would also be beneficial.
